Registration
Online registration is now closed. Any registrations received will be processed on site. On-site registration opened at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Registration is in the Ballroom Foyer of the Hilton El Conquistador Resort.

Parking
Self-parking at the Resort is complimentary. Valet parking is complimentary for daily use and $6 for overnight use.

Transportation to and from Overflow Hotels
Shuttle service between the Hilton El Conquistador and the three main overflow properties (Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, the Holiday Inn Express and Quality Inn & Suites) will be provided on Wednesday, Aug. 28 and Thursday, Aug. 29.

The shuttle service will begin at 7:30 a.m. in the morning and run a continuous loop with the last departure at 9:30 p.m. from the Hilton El Conquistador.
