Registration Desk Location and Hours:

The conference registration desk will be located in the Tucson Ballroom Foyer.

10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 20
7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 21
7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 22
7:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, August 23

Conference Special Arrangements:

Individuals who may require accommodations to fully participate in conference activities or have special dietary requirements should email League staff at league@azleague.org to make arrangements.

Requests should be made no later than August 9, 2019, to allow sufficient time for us to meet your needs.

Early Registration Deadline:

The deadline for early registration is Saturday, July 13.

Registration:

Registration closes on Friday, August 9. You may still register for the conference on site but you will not be able to register online after August 9.

Payment Options:

Registration fees must be paid by credit card.

Online registration is quick, easy and secure. Please note that credit card payment is required in order to complete their registration. If you are unable to complete the registration process with a credit card, please call the League at 602-258-5786 or email league@azleague.org and request to register for the event manually.

Conference Cancellation:

Advance registrants unable to attend the Conference are eligible to receive a partial refund of your registration fee by sending a written request before July 27, to the League office. If a written cancellation request is received before July 27, 2019, a $25 processing fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation (including medical emergencies).

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may appoint a substitute. There will be no refunds for any cancellation after July 27, 2019. Cancellations must be emailed to league@azleague.org. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
