University of Utah Policy Innovation Lab: Funding & Technical Assistance Opportunity

The University of Utah's Policy Innovation Lab is calling for proposals to receive up to $100,000 as part of our 2016 Government Innovation Fellow and Service Provider Capacity Building Programs.

The lab will select up to four governments to participate in the program through which they will receive a cash award of up to $100,000. The program is designed to grow new internal capacity to develop and implement Pay for Success (PFS)- financed and evidence-based programs. Respondents will be required to identify in their application a policy area in which they wish to explore implementation of PFS including, but not limited to: crimincal recidivism, homelessness, early childhood education, workforce development, public health, etc. Interested parties can access materials, submit letters of interest, obtain information about webinars, and submit questions through BidSync.
