Arizona Veteran Supportive Employer
Statewide Training Series

Public & private sector employers are invited to attend a 2-hour training focused on how to effectively hire, manage and retain service members, veterans and their family members.

Who can attend? Managers, supervisors, human resources personnel, recruiters and leadership

This training helps employers fulfill the requirements to become an Arizona Veteran Supportive Employer (AVSE). The training and AVSE process are offered at no cost to Arizona employers as part of the Arizona Roadmap to Veteran Employment.

Evening information sessions are scheduled in time for you to learn about our programs and still have time to apply for summer or fall. Topics covered include admissions, curriculum, and enrollment for our MPA, MPP, and graduate certificate programs. Advisors will be available to answer questions from interested potential students.

Now enrolling! New graduate certificates in participatory governance, policy informatics, public administration and public policy are accepting applications. Certificates consist of only five courses and are a great resume enhancement for current students or previous graduates from any discipline!
