Guess This City/Town

This town's famous landmark, Glassford Hill, was once an active volcano before becoming the site of a sophisticated system of heliograph stations. Built by Colonel William Glassford in the 1880s, the stations were used to monitor and communicate the movement of Apache Indians, US military troops and civilians.
