The conference rate is $110 per night for one-person occupancy, $130 per night for double occupancy. Please note: You must choose the correct number of people in the room because the auto default is for two guests at the $130/night rate. Once the correct number of attendees is selected, the room rate will automatically adjust

All reservations or cancellations must be made with the hotel by this date. You must be registered for the conference to hold a room at the Little America Hotel.

The special hotel room rate block fills up fast! We recommend registering and booking your hotel room as soon as possible. Please note that you may only book one room per full conference attendee.

GFOAz Scholarships

GFOAz is pleased to offer four scholarships to the 2026 Winter Conference. Active members are eligible to apply. Four recipients will receive up to $500 to be used toward reimbursement for registration, lodging and travel costs. For scholarship guidelines and to apply, please

$225 - Member: Active, Commercial, Associate

$325 - Non-member; Government Employee

$425 - Non-member; Non-government Employee

$350 - GFOAz Sponsor

$85 - Student Member

$100 - Spouse/Guest


Registration Deadlines

Conference registration closes on February 13, 2026.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to February 13, 2026, to receive a partial refund.

No refunds will be provided after this date.


Conference Cancellation

Advance registrants unable to attend the conference are eligible to receive a partial refund of the registration fee by sending a written request before February 13, 2026. If a written cancellation request is received before February 13, 2026, a $30 processing fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation (including medical emergencies). Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may appoint a substitute. There will be no refunds for any cancellation after February 13, 2026. Cancellations must be emailed to league@azleague.org. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
