2025 AMCA Virtual Fall Best Practices

The Fall/Winter Best Practices Training provides Arizona’s municipal clerks with two days of in-depth professional development designed to enhance technical expertise, legal compliance, and personal effectiveness. Day one will focus on the Nuts and Bolts of the Municipal Clerk Profession, revisiting the foundational responsibilities of the Clerk’s Office through the lens of current law, administrative best practices, and emerging challenges. Day two will expand the conversation to include timely legislative updates and a focus on wellness by recognizing that effective governance depends on both professional competence and personal balance. Each session offers practical tools and actionable insights to strengthen municipal operations and ensure clerks are well-equipped to serve their communities with excellence.

Registration

$30 for each session separately
$45 if you sign up for both

An invitation to the Zoom meeting will be sent to registrants in advance of each session.

Participants must have access to quality internet service, a webcam and mic, and be able to participate via the Zoom video conferencing application.

Registration closes on November 26, 2025.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to November 26, 2025 to league@azleague.org to receive a partial refund. All cancellations will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided after this date.
