AZ WLG 2024 Sponsorship Opportunities:

The AZ WLG 2024 Conference will be on Thursday, November 7, 2024 and Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Phoenix Convention Center – South Building. Sponsorship is critical to Arizona Women Leading Government (AZ WLG) and our conference. When your organization sponsors the AZ WLG conference, you support women in local government, including administrative staff, managers, and elected leaders, having an opportunity to network, learn, and grow. Our 2023 conference had approximately 500 attendees. Past sponsors have included cities, large and small private businesses such as banks, and associations like the Arizona City/County Managers Association (ACMA).

Sponsorship of the conference allows you to:

  • Reach the largest gathering of people dedicated to public service and the development of women leaders in Arizona.
  • Increase visibility for your company through the recognition of sponsors and public relations that occurs leading up to & during the conference.
  • Participate in conference events to network and learn more about the issues women in leadership positions are tackling head-on.

For a $2500 contribution beyond your selected benefactor level, you may sponsor the conference lanyards that will be handed out with each attendee badge. If you choose this option you must design the lanyards and have them made (the League will provide the specification details).

This option is only available to one sponsor and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

For a $1500 contribution beyond your selected benefactor level, you may sponsor a conference continental breakfast and breaks. Included in this sponsorship opportunity is signage or promotional items with your company’s logo, or another customized material in the breakfast and break areas.
