Conference Registration:

Registrations can be completed here.

Registration Desk Location and Hours:

The conference registration desk will be located in the Princess Ballroom Foyer.

10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25
7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 26

Conference Special Arrangements:

Individuals with disabilities or special dietary requirements who need special accommodations should email League staff at league@azleague.org to make arrangements.

Requests should be made no later than August 10, 2016, to allow sufficient time for us to meet your needs.

Early Registration Deadline:

The deadline for early registration is Friday, July 15.

Online Registration:

Online registration closes on Friday, August 12. You may still register for the conference on site but you will not be able to register on-line after August 12.

Payment Options:

Registration fees must be paid by credit card.

Online registration is quick, easy and secure. Please note that credit card payment is required in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to complete the registration process with a credit card, please call the League at 602-258-5786 or email league@azleague.org and request to register for the event manually.

Conference Cancellation:

Advance registrants unable to attend the conference are eligible to receive a partial refund of your registration fee by sending a written request no later than August 1, 2016, to the League office. If a written cancellation request is received before August 1, 2016 a $25 processing fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation (including medical emergencies).

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may appoint a substitute. There will be no refunds for any cancellation after August 1, 2016. Cancellations must be emailed to league@azleague.org. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.

Golf Foursomes:

$110 The Golf Tournament will be held at TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course.

If you are registering for the conference golf tournament and wish to enter as a foursome, please include the names of the players in your online registration.

If registering by fax or mail, please send your list of players in an email to league@azleague.org with the subject line, "Golf Foursome."
