The Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch is for full conference attendees only. If you are a Showcase of Cities booth worker and staying only one night, we have a room block at the Gainey Suites Hotel next door to the Hyatt.

Advance registrants unable to attend the conference are eligible to receive a partial refund of your registration fee by sending a written request no later than August 6, 2012 to the League office. If a written cancellation request is received before August 6, 2012, a $25 processing fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation (including medical emergencies).
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may appoint a substitute. There will be no refunds for any cancellation after August 6, 2012. Cancellations may be mailed, faxed (602-253-3874) or emailed (email@example.com) to the League office. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
