How Cities and Towns Can be More Effective in Appearing Before the Liquor Board
Location: League of Arizona Cities and Towns

Time: 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Presenting a municipal protest before the Arizona Liquor Board can be a difficult talk, and a lack of preparedness can undermine an otherwise legitimate case against an applicant. This seminar will help you better understand how to effectively present a protest to the Liquor Board, explain the pitfalls in presenting a case and provide helpful hints to prepare for a hearing.

The panel, JD Ghelfi, Current Chair of the Arizona State Liquor Board, and Charles Huellmantel, Former Chair of the Arizona State Liquor Board, will address some of the technical aspects of hearings and how to successfully present the municipalities' interests.
