Legislative OverviewToday marks the 117th day of the First Regular Session of the 51st Legislature. The subdued level of activity continued this week as the Legislature considered a small slate of bills. Two bills that the League supports relating to Arizona's pension plans saw movement this week and are noted below. Tax simplification, Medicaid and the budget continue to dominate the legislative rumor mills.
